It looks somewhat like him, but it looks more like the LHO seen in the film clip with Morita Lorenz and Frank Sturgis. I can't find it elswhere on the internet. Anybody know where and when it comes from? Could this be the "Lee"Oswald impersonator/Tippit shooter/Rambler guy?

I said some place "like" no name key, meaning one of the training areas the likes of Sturgis and his OP 40 folks used. I think the man in the photo resembles this guy:
Marita Lorenz who can be seen in other versions of this clip, has claimed to have met Oswald in the Miami area at the time he was in Russia.

Not claiming this is LHO, just someone who bears a resemblance to him. A possibility for an Oswald impersonator.
Marita, IMO, is not the most reliable person in the world. I met her and TRIED to interview her a few years ago when her film came out about her life [seen by few in the USA - made in Germany]. At that late date, she was being 'handled' by someone - most likely the film producer and while polite [she talked to me about this and that and was interested I'd met her daughter when I lived in L.A.], she would NOT directly answer the pointed questions I asked. She only would say that she 'stood' by her 'former statements'.....whatever that means. As she's said contradictory or at least confusingly incomplete things about when and where she met LHO etc. The only thing she would go into a little was the incident in New York with Fiorini and a gun. As to the car trip to Dallas or anything along those lines, she'd not revisit any of it - but when I asked she did not deny it happened in some fashion; she only said she stood by her former comments on it. So, I had dinner with Marita at a film festival and learned nada of importance. I got her autograph on the flyer for the film and an interesting discussion of her non spook life and that of her lovely daughter [who married one of Letelier's sons - then divorced him].
I think it is highly speculative to think that the double or that person who might be LHO was taken at No Name Key. While it does seem a logical place for someone like him to have been once or more, I've not heard of a reliable sighting there...and I've talked to a few persons who claimed to have been there. One someone could ask would be Brad Ayers. If anyone knows and would say, I'd think it might be he. He's somewhere in MN.
One last thing about Marita [as it is not really on topic for this thread], at the time I met her for the US debut for her film made in Germany [where she was born and grew up in her early years], she was again living in Germany and said she did so for her safety. However, I heard that after a year or two she moved back to the USA. The film is interesting and goes into her love affair with Castro and the 'attempt' to kill him she couldn't go through with. It doesn't go into her connections to the CIA nor to people connected to it; the producer turned out [after some research] to be rather right-wing connected spooky type. I was, at the time, also living in Europe and asked Marita if I might interview her at her convenience in Germany. She was polite, but said no. I had the impression that the film producer was her 'minder' at that time and she felt it best to not discuss the difficult questions about her past - more so any that related to Dallas.
