So many videos on this kind of thing.....but here is one good overview from long ago. Is interesting in that it actually has photos and interviews of some little seen, but often heard of, persons.

No doubt. One sees clearly it is used in CIA/Military interrogations and likely is still being 'tested' at universities and hospitals and 'safe-houses' around the World. IMHO, it has been used operationally in several mind-controlled false-flag assassins and perhaps in many non false-flag ones that were not meant to be 'seen' publicly. As a sad side comment, I don't think any MSM news organization would even go so far today as they did in that video - after all, we now have a permanent 'war' and 'loose lips sink ships'.
