Mike Pence having established his fascist bona-fides in Congress near always supporting the agenda of Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld/Wolfowiz and now the new GOP governor had decided to increase the criminal liability for possession of reefer in small user amount. Stiffer sentences he is trying to push thru to law and likely will get anything he wants as the other Bush Crime Family Governor Mitch Daniels did.
When the majority of Americans are willing to support adult entertainment use of pot, Indiana is worrying about the corporations again and not infrastructure nor education nor the common welfare of the people of the state. But the same assholes that put more assholes in office are taking care of the Corporate Prison System established in Indiana by Mitch Daniels.

not governance based on doing all a government can manage to screw people over for money.
