Full Version: What A Coincidence......Boeing aircraft part found three blocks from WTC - yesterday!

A piece of one of the planes that supposedly hit the WTC [one part of the landing gear from a Boeing aircraft] was found yesterday by workmen working on the controversial mosque near to the WTC site. I'm sure this is JUST what is needed to stop the construction of the mosque! It is also just what is needed to put to bed ideas of the planes being drones or military versions of the Boeing [painted to look commercial]. I'm highly suspicious this was planted for the workmen to find...and find they did. On Monday they are going to look for body parts, as well. It is apparently in a small airspace between two buildings and not an easily accessible or normally seen area. I'm especially suspicious because it was identified from its serial number - when FOIA requests for ANY serial numbers for any parts found from aircraft supposedly used on 9-11 have all been DENIED! Further, they [they!] claim they dont' know which of the two aircraft it is from, when every important piece on any aircraft has a unique serial number and 'they' have the list of those parts from each plane...unless they don't really match..because the planes were not commercial planes, at all.

The NYPD is securing the location as it would a crime scene, documenting it photographically and restricting access until the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner completes its health and safety evaluation.

The landing gear from one of the hijacked planes that smashed into the World Trade Center has turned up nearly 12 years later wedged behind the controversial "Ground Zero Mosque."

The piece of the doomed plane was found just two blocks north of the Lower Manhattan site where the Freedom Tower is rising to replace the Twin Towers.

A part of a landing gear, apparently from one of the commercial airliners destroyed on September 11, 2001, has been discovered jammed between the rear of 51 Park Place and the rear of the building behind it, 50 Murray Street.

The gear remained untouched Friday, and won't be moved until officials can test it for contaminants, said Ellen Borakove, spokeswoman for the city Medical Examiner.

The piece of landing gear was identified through a serial number, officials said.

It's the same protocol used all along in the Trade Center probe similar to when debris was recovered from a manhole in 2006, she said.

The area was sealed off pending the work set to begin next week. "I don't think anyone can get near there," Borakove said.

It was not immediately clear which plane the long-lost landing gear belonged to. But its recovery was a stunning development more than a decade after the devastating terrorist attack that killed 2,753 people.

Millions of tourists, workers and random New Yorkers have trudged past the hidden relic of 9/11 history in the intervening years, with nary a clue as to its presence.

The landing gear was found Wednesday, wedged behind Park 51 an Islamic community center on Park Place near the Ground Zero site and a neighboring building, officials said.

Cops have secured the area as a crime scene until the city's medical examiner can remove the part. Details about its discovery remained sketchy.

The "Ground Zero Mosque," as the development was known, became a source of controversy. Critics were outraged at the idea of a mosque so close to the site where Islamic militants brought down the 110-story symbols of American commerce.

Now, it can be a "crime scene."

But back in 2011, it couldn't be a crime scene. Why? It wasn't a crime; it was an act of terror and we knew who did it anyway. We needed to span the planet killing anyone who was connected and who might be connected in the future. We didn't have time to investigate this non-crime. All attemps at investigation needed to be shut down.
Given the small space between the buildings and the proximity to the WTC collapses [all 3!], it isn't impossible that some of the material seen in the narrow space flew there in the pyroclastic cloud. That said, testing now - over ten years later for DNA is theatre - as any DNA [flesh] would have disintegrated or been eaten by birds, rats and bacteria, etc. Bone, if any, could still have DNA. But threating it like a crime scene is more theater! As I mentioned in the first post, the serial numbers of NO parts of ANY planes have been given out - voluntarily or under FOIA requests....yet they have the nerve to say it 'matches' the numbers on one of the planes. Prove it...as releasing the FOIA requested list from each plane and some independent persons looking at the serial number on this part would put this [and much esle] to rest...otherwise, I remain as skeptical as ever about the entire story - including the very real possibility that commercial planes were switched mid-air for others of the same or similar design - minus passengers and flown by remote control. Even if the original planes WERE flown into the towers, why would the Government not prove this by giving out the replaceable part numbers?! The Government does NOT inspire confidence in their veracity with this game of can't say because it is National Security - they were by your say so commercial planes - not top secret Area 51 test craft - or were they?!

How could it change....why is everything associated with those events like a greased watermelon?

NEW YORK The rusted metal aircraft part believed to be from one of the hijacked jetliners that slammed into the World Trade Center in the Sept. 11 attacks came from a wing, not landing gear, police said Monday.

The 5-foot piece is a trailing edge flap support structure, police said. It is located closer to the body of the plane and helps secure wing flaps that move in and out and aid in regulating plane speed. Investigators initially thought it was part of the landing gear because both pieces have similar-looking hydraulics.

Boeing officials told police the part came from one of its 767 airliners, but it isn't possible to determine which flight. Both hijacked planes that struck the towers, American Airlines Flight 11 and United Airlines Flight 175, were Boeing 767s. American and United had no comment.

Workers discovered the part Wednesday on the ground in a sliver of space between a luxury loft rental building and a mosque, which prompted virulent national debate in 2010 about Islam and freedom of speech in part because it's near the trade center site. Other World Trade Center wreckage has been discovered at the buildings and around the area in years past.

An inspector on the roof of the mosque site, which is under construction, noticed the debris and then called 911.

Police documented the debris with photos. The twisted metal part jammed in an 18-inch-wide, trash-laden passageway between the buildings has cables and levers on it and is about 5 feet high, 17 inches wide and 4 feet long.

A piece of rope found with the plane part was later determined to have come from a responding officer who used it to move the plane part so he could look for identifying marks.

Of the nearly 3,000 victims of the trade center attacks, remains of about 1,000 were never recovered, and sifting the site for possible human remains was to begin Tuesday morning, said the chief medical examiner's spokeswoman, Ellen Borakove. It's not clear how long the process would take, she said, and details for how workers would comb through silt in the narrow passageway were being worked out.

The area first will be tested as part of a standard health and safety evaluation for possible toxicity, Borakove said.

Medical examiner's office trucks, one marked as a mobile command center, and an NYPD crime scene van were parked Monday outside the building, where two police officers stood guard at an entrance barred by crime scene tape.

Police said the part would be moved to a more secure location likely later this week, where a determination will be made about where it will go permanently. In the past, such pieces have been treated as historical artifacts. For example, the New York State Museum in Albany has in its collection a large landing gear piece that fell through the roof to the basement at the same location. It was placed there in 2002.
