Is it significant that the place where JFK was supposedly shot is literally duplicated in symmetry?
Commerce St is the exact mirror image of Elm St, and I think this is either a huge coincidence, or significant to the conspiracy.

For example, the fabrication of the Zapruder film may have involved the flipping/inverting of footage taken from the opposite pedestal on Commerce St.
And the whole thing about the route being changed......is this related to the symmetry of Dealey Plaza?

Think about it....there are 2 grassy knolls, 2 identical pedestals, possibly 2 Stemmons Freeway signs, 2 identical lawns, and 2 identical streets.
All you have to do is flip a photo taken from Commerce St and you create Elm St......minus the surrounding buildings.

I'm not sure how that would work, as the travel directions are reversed with Elm leaving downtown and funneling under the triple underpass, and Commerce has travelers leaving the triple underpass and spreading out towards downtown Dallas. JMO.

I can't see how the pseudo-symmetry [it is FAR from exact!] could have been used for any of the things you mentioned or likely imagined. In fact, e.g. a film or photo from the South half would show everything differently, especially the people and the motorcade. Sorry.
