Anyone know of any articles/info/threads on Tom Simpson? He is/was apparently a Treasury guy who played a part in securing the financing to stabilize Iraq's postwar currency, and maybe the same guy was a Governor on the Federal Reserve, so he's no mere government flunky. He likely works with Treasury's Office of Technical assistance (or did in the past).
