The consecuences of Morale's plan: the allegated plot to "Kill" him by Rosza and his gang (his employees).
http://www.lanacion.com.ar/nota.asp?nota_id=1232958
All main oppositors are chased judicially (no opositors in Bolivia now) by Morale's judges and prosecutors, by a variety of supposed felonies. No legal chance to defend themselves.
Latest news: with his majority in congress, he approved a "short law" that allow him to name all most important dignitaries of the judical power of nation. This is a clear violation of the New Constitution (approved by himself and his allieds), but there is no judiciary Tribunal that can declare the inconstitutionality of the law. And soon, with this law all the judicary tribunals of the nation will be his employees also, that will declare the "legality" of all his laws and decrees, no matter what. Not to mention that no one can rise a voice against him without the danger to be prosecuted, jailed and his propertyes seized.
A clear violation to Democracy, also. He now controls the three powers of the nation (Legislative- he has total congressional majority-, Excecutive and now, Judiciary).
In any part of the world, this is called DICTATORSHIP. No excuses.
Morales rejected the observations made by UN members to Ginebra, claiming that "in Bolivia exists the independency of powers" (he don't explain why...)
This is the "Hero of Mother Earth" and "defender of indigenous people".
Just another regular felon.
His plan is working perfectly (with a little help of the "leftists" of the world)...:motz:
Congratulations, leftists of the world...!!!... You just have become complices, concealers and supporters of another tyrant... (again)..:argh:

Even if what you claim is true, your conclusion is wrong.
Packing the higher levels of the judiciary with one's political supporters is the common MO of democracies, as a cursory examination of appointment to the American Supreme Court in recent decades demonstrates.

You must read a little about political science and democracy rules, Jan.
One of the most clear definitions of a dictator is the one that hold and control the powers of a nation in one hand.
Typically, a Democracy has at least 3 powers, no one above the other, but with 3 different functions working in coordination: Legislative (to make rules and laws), Executive ( the one that administrate and enforce the law according determinations of judiciary power), and Judiciary (the one that apply and give interpretation to the law). Some nations recognice the Electoral Power, also (in Bolivia controlled by Morales,
ALSO).
Democracy is a system developed mostly in America and Europe to control tyrants an despots, as your european kings, nazi and socialist tyrants that covered the world with blood and filled the pits with their victims.
Now Morale's can make his own rules, apply and interpret them to himself, and "sentence" ...... himself (and others, of course). All in one....:argh: ... Just as your despots. How ridiculous and shameful.
Morales is no dictator. He has devolved power into groups of people that the previous ruling classes never wanted to have power and now the old oligarchy are scared they will have make restitution for what they stole for generations. There is more democracy in Bolivia now than there ever has been. It is just that the oligarchs don't have their dictatorial powers any more.

Then we better begin defining what you understand by "Democracy", Magda.
- Funny. With just a few variants, I have heard that kind of speech from Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin, Pol Pot, Mao, etc.... :ahhhhh:

Senor Mundaca - if you want to engage in crude, unsubstantiated and nonsensical jibes pitched at the kindergarten level, I suggest you ply your trade elsewhere.
This thread is an investigation of how of an extreme right-wing, racist, mercenary was hired to instigate a Gladio-style strategy of tension in Bolivia, most probably by attempting to create a secessionist struggle centred around the resource-rich region of Santa Cruz, using tactics such as false flag assassinations.
The racist mercenary, Eduardo Rózsa Flores, and his band, were thwarted in their attempts, and some of them are now dead.
This happened because the secret service of President Morales did their job. Which is more than the secret service of JFK did.
Once again, Rózsa Flores here describes in his own words, his violent plans:
http://www.deeppoliticsforum.com/forums/...tcount=224
Quote:Flores, who had dual Bolivian-Croatian nationality, was killed last week in Bolivia in a gunfight with police.
"My task is to form an army in Santa Cruz as soon as possible and to be its leader,” Flores said. “I’m not a mercenary, nor will I ever be, but if motherland needs me I’m going,” said Bolivian-born Flores.
In the interview, recorded just before he travelled to Bolivia, Flores said the Santa Cruz region opposed Morales’ rule and was fighting for autonomy.
“Only if autonomy doesn’t succeed by peaceful means, will we proclaim independence,” he concluded in the interview.
Flores, 49, a Bolivian of Croatian origins, said that his trip to Bolivia was well organised, including his air tickets and illegal crossing of the border from Brazil.
Flores, nicknamed Chico, went to Croatia in 1991, to fight in the secessionist war against the former Yugoslavia.
After the war ended with Croatia's independence in 1995, he retired from the army with the rank of major and lived in the Hungarian capital, Budapest.

Yeah, I see that no matter what I show, you will keep claiming and defending that those mercenaries where hired by "rightists", that felon Morales is a "hero" and his secret service is much better than the CIA.
You can keep turning your head when pictures and proofs of their complicity are showed. That will not change the facts.
And you call me childish...??..
- Of course I will go away (with a big laugh) and leave you in your confortable world of lies.
Keep supporting and justifyng criminals and tyrants no matter what they do, all in the name of "the leftist cause".
And when that criminal keeps killing, chasing and jailing people in my country, just turn your head, Jan; just turn your head...
Did someone mention CIA involvement in this Gladio operation? :bebored:
Quote:CIA involvement in terrorism case in Bolivia
La Paz, Feb 11 (Prensa Latina) Hungarian Istvan Belovai military, responsible for preparing documents for a terrorist cell neutralized in Bolivia in 2009, gave information to the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
According to new details of the investigation, offered today by the prosecutor Marcelo Soza, in charge of the case, the documentation was used by the so-called Supreme Council which funded the group's actions irregular killed in a raid last April.
On April 16, 2009, the Tactical Unit Crisis Resolution Bolivian police raided the Las Americas, Santa Cruz, and caught a paramilitary commando.
In the operation of European mercenaries were killed Eduardo Rózsa Flores (Croatian)-leader of the group, Michael Dwyer (Irish) and Árpád Magyarosi (Romanian-Hungarian).
Also arrested were Mario Tadic Francisco Astorga (Bolivian Croatian passport) and Elod Toas (Hungarian) who are in custody in the city of La Paz.
The separatist militants were planning an attack and prepared to assassinate Bolivian President Evo Morales.
According to the new elements of the probe, Belovai was an agent who was the pseudonym of Scorpion-B.
The skills acquired during the Cold War enabled him to be a military strategy consultant and is presumed to engage with Rózsa Flores through activities in Europe, specifically in the Balkans.
The affinity that came to be allowed even to offer both satellite support for specific actions and funding for the terrorist group.
The preliminary investigation found its ties also was preparing a plan called TH (Tree house or tree house).
Data were obtained from a review of a portable computer Rózsa Flores, who had the file folder Bel - North exchanged several emails with the agent Belovai.
Last week, prosecutors charged to wealthy businessman Bolivia Santa Cruz, Branko Marinkovic, who fled to the United States for funding the band Rozsa Flores.
According to this institution, also former president of the Santa Cruz Civic Committee, joined the Supreme Council organized separatism in the South American nation.
The indictment also listed other names as well fugitives and Hugo Melgar Alejandro Acha.

Of course, direct CIA involvement is not strictly necessary. The analysis in this thread has clearly enunciated the nature of this false flag, secessionist, Gladio operation.
Quote:Ex-spy linked to mercenary case
Sunday, 21 February 2010
Eduardo Rozsa Flores, the ethnic Hungarian mercenary who was shot dead by a commando unit in Santa Cruz in April 2009, may have received financial support from an ex-CIA liaison officer, according to the Bolivian Prosecutor’s Office. The accusation will be rather difficult to prove, however, as the CIA man in question, István Belovai, passed away last November.
Hungarian-Bolivian-Croatian citizen Flores and two acquaintances were shot dead in suspicious circumstances after local police allegedly tried to apprehend them for conspiring to murder Bolivian President Evo Morales.
Belovai, who was one of the most prominent Hungarian spies, received a life sentence in 1985 for sending NATO documents to Russia with US approval and uncovering a spy ring within the military alliance. He received a partial pardon after the fall of communism, but fled to the US in fear of his life. He died in Colorado aged 71 in November.
According to Bolivian prosecutor Marcelo Sosa, Flores met Belovai – codename “Scorpion B” in the Balkans and later received technical and financial support from him for terrorist activities in the South American country.
Apparently the cooperation was revealed by examining computers seized by Bolivian police after the death of Rózsa-Flores. Investigators found several letters on one of the machines as well as documents suggesting the involvement in the conspiracy of at least ten other people, who will be questioned soon, Sosa told reporters.
Flores’ acquaintances in Bolivia told the news portal hirszerzo.hu that the Hungarian had corresponded with Belovai, but said it was impossible that Flores had been working with the CIA. “Even if that were the case, he would not have used an agent who had been inactive for the last 25 years”, they said.

This Belovai/Scorpion-B revelation is intriguing at many levels.
Firstly, the ethnic Hungarian Belovai/Scorpion-B was a double, perhaps triple, agent. And so important that he received sanctuary in Colorado, and even died a seemingly natural death in the good ole US of A.
Secondly, Belovai/Scorpion-B was clearly a chameleon, able to pass in Soviet circles as one of theirs. Just like the young Eduardo Rozsa Flores studying at the elite Dzerzhinsky Academy.
Quote:In exile Belovai campaigned to be given a full pardon and to be restored to his former military rank, arguing that he had acted as he did to save Hungary as well as the West from a catastrophic nuclear war.
"I was never a traitor. I was Hungary's first Nato soldier," he claimed. But even 20 years after the end of Communist rule, no Hungarian political party has been prepared to rehabilitate him.

Men with the deep political backgrounds and sponsorships of Belovai/Scorpion-B and Eduardo Rozsa Flores do not have casual conversations about the weather.
