A Saudi millionaire and property developer has been acquitted of raping a teenage girl after claiming he tripped, fell on her and accidentally penetrated her. Ehsan Abdulaziz, 46, was accused of raping the 18-year-old at his opulent British apartment after a night of heavy drinking.

The well-known developer had invited the teen and her 24-year-old friend to his home, after partying at a West End night club, The Independent reported. He had sex with the elder woman in a bedroom, he said, and had gone to see if the teen, who was asleep on his couch, needed something to sleep in. Abdulaziz said his erect penis may have been poking out of his underwear when he fell on the girl.

She contended that she awoke to find him on top of her, penetrating her with his penis. He claimed she pulled him toward her and he lost his balance. "I'm fragile. I fell down but nothing ever happened, between me and this girl, nothing ever happened," according to the news site.

Jurors deliberated for just 30 minutes before finding him not guilty.
Somehow I don't think this defense would work here, or even there is he were not a millionaire. $ buys fake justice.
I'm astonished he was acquitted here, his argument is absurd. The decision stinks to high heaven.
The jury members were probably paid off. I know there were some mob trials in the US many decades ago where the mobsters had similarly ridiculous stories, and they got off. Just can't remember the cases at the moment. "He fell down, and then my gun just accidentally went off in my pocket and shot him in the head at point blank range" - that kind of stuff.

And the judge, otherwise he would have a responsibility to throw out an absurd verdict.
:Blink: ::face.palm::

There is no way this can be believed. The jurors and judge should be ashamed of themselves.
