Sadly, the deadline for release of the book has been pushed back a number of times. I know that Hank Albarelli is still reworking the book, so actual release date is still not firm...but I hope soon.
Bizarrely, at the thread Pete just posted, my recent post seems to have merged with his response, so Pete's commentary is listed as being posted by me. Weird. Maybe it's a forum glitch.

My error...sorry...I'm stressed, as my dog has serious cancer now and we are just pre-operation. I fixed it best I could.
