We have to wonder, like the FBI not mentioning the rifle until 11/22, there is no mention of the LEE OSWALD (OR ANY AMERICAN SPEAKING SPANISH) calls on Sept 27TH & 28TH

We should also remember that the person called the SOVIET MILITARY ATTACHE first... on OCT 1. The NOV report - below - only mentions a call to the embassy...

What is wrong with this summary is that there is no mention of LHO, yet he was supposed to be in Mexico City making phone calls from the Cuban Embassy. Therefore this program should have picked him up more than once.

The significance of this to me, is that, as I understand it, these are contemporaneous reports made before the assassination. Am I right about that David?

Exactly...

like the rifle.. we SHOULD have seen reports of LHO at least receiving the rifle - given how many informants were USPS related. But we don't until after 11/22

If an American was running back and forth to the Cuban and Soviet Embassies, talking with KOSTIKOV, etc.... the monthly Summary Reports released in the last batch SHOULD say so...

The transcripts suggest this man called the Soviet Military ATTACHE more than once on both Sept 27 and Oct 1... a line which is tapped... and no mention

By Nov 7, 1963 the OCTOBER report was out... by then the caller's identity was known and either purposefully withheld - or was not the person creating the transcripts.

So I have to return to LITAMIL-9 - also just released.... and who worked with AZCUE and was always at the Cuban Embassy
