She makes an excellent point about about private prisons and slave labor.
The US has always been determined to have slaves one way or another.
If Lincoln won't let 'em own slaves then they'll entrap people with absurd laws like "three strikes." Pretty soon 10% of African American men are in prison, laboring away.
