Not so new but new to me. Sorry for the terrible googlish translation. Original here. Has the rancid smell of disinfo and Croatian and German smears. More here but seems to have a paywall.

Swedish Prime Minister Olof Palme, while his wife was walking the streets of Stockholm, was murdered on 28 February 1986. Killer Belgrade Udba Ivo D. who lived in Hamburg. Murder was Udbina manipulation - should be discredited Nikola Stedul, one of the leaders of the emigrant Croats. For the murder weapon that was used was smuggled by ship from the United States. Yugoslav agents spied on the Palme. These are new moments concerning never fully clarified Palmeovim murder published by the German magazine "Focus" on the basis of the statements of former members of secret Vinko Sindicic German investigators who are investigating the murder Udbina in Germany.
There have been several versions of the background Palme murder. They are suspected of various groups and organizations: the Swedish extreme right of the South African intelligence service, the German left-wing terrorist group Baader-Meinhof and the Kurdistan Workers Party branch. There was also speculation that the CIA is responsible for the murder of the opposition Palmela deploy nuclear weapons in Scandinavia. Nearly three years after the murder was arrested Christer Pettersson, who was identified in a police identification Palmela wife. He in 1989. sentenced to life imprisonment, but the very next year, after appeals, was released due to insufficient evidence.
To strengthen Sindičić claims, "Focus" also refers to the judgment of a German court in a murder case Stephen Djurekovic, where Sindičić characterized as "pure and authentic" witness. The story moves from the Udbi Croatian immigrant who Barešića Mira in 1971. in Sweden killed by Yugoslav ambassador Vladimir Rolovića. Barešić in prison, after the second time he was extradited to Sweden from the U.S., crying in rage to kill Palme. This voice came to the Secret Service and the hatched a plan to murder positioned in Croatian emigrants and thus eliminates the political emigration. It did not work. But because the killer Ivo D., claims "Focus", now lives in Zagreb, around the streets of Vukovar, and nobody can do anything to him!

Quote:25 years after the unsolved murder of Swedish Prime Minister Olof Palme, we have a strong suspicion. The assassin could have made from Hamburg on the way. An assassin of the former Yugoslav secret UDBA allegedly shot the popular Social Democrats in February 1986 after a visit to the cinema in the center of Stockholm.

After FOCUS research informed a former intelligence official Belgrade, who was privy to the plans for the liquidation Palmes, German and Scottish authorities about the safety deadly conspiracy. The then 59-year-old politician was killed by one of his time living in Hamburg hitman, reported ex-spy Vinko Sindicic, 67, the Attorney General and the Bavarian State Office of Criminal Investigation.

In a lavishly staged disinformation campaign Yugoslav secret service had planned to accuse Belgrade hated scene of the murder of exiled Croats.

Still not found the murder weapon, a Smith & Wesson revolver brand .357 Magnum, had been smuggled by ship from the United States to Stockholm, reported Sindicic the German judiciary. Palme was shaded spot of the Yugoslav secret service agents. It had turned out that the personal protection of the Prime Minister have been reported vulnerabilities.

Alleged assassin lives in Zagreb

FOCUS reporters found the alleged hitman in Zagreb. The 65-year-old works for a private security firm. German investigators handed over the statements of Sindicic in December 2008 the Swedish police. To the surprise of officials, there was no feedback from Stockholm.

Witness Sindicic wore in 2009, a major contribution to solve a murder in the Bavarian Wolfratshausen. A Yugoslav dissident was killed in 1983 with several shots and hits. The statements of Sindicic led to the conviction of a lifelong Tatbeteiligten, after the conviction of the Munich Higher Regional Court had since 1975 an agent of the secret service was Belgrade.

The Higher Regional Court of Munich stated in the court's opinion that Sindicic was precisely because of his work for an initiated Belgrade intelligence operations in many tools. The Croat was due to an attempted murder ten years in prison in Scotland
Several things in this Belgrade connection are interesting:
- The informant, Vinko Sindičić, has been a hitman himself: (from Wikipedia)
Quote:Nikola Å tedul is a Croatian emigrant who was the target of an attempted assassination in Kirkcaldy, Scotland in 1988. Å tedul had been the president the Croatian Statehood Movement, campaigning for Croatian independence from Yugoslavia.
The assassin Vinko Sindičić arrived in Britain with a Swiss passport. He received the gun and silencer he used for the murder attempt from the Yugoslav embassy.[SUP][1][/SUP] Early on the morning of October 20, 1988, Štedul, who was walking his dog, was shot at four times by Sindičić.[SUP][2][/SUP] Štedul survived the shooting, while Sindičić was arrested at Heathrow Airport. The Yugoslav embassy subsequently provided the alibi that Sindičić was in the country watching the Scotland-Yugoslavia football match on October 19. However, residue from the firearm was found on Sindičić's skin, and after an eleven day trial he was found guilty of attempted murder and sentenced to 15 years in jail.[SUP][1][/SUP]
The assassination attempt was subject of a 1994 movie by Scottish Television titled The Yugoslav Hitman.[SUP][3][/SUP]

- As far as I am aware of, there has been no connection between Olof Palme and the Yugoslav Secret Service before Sindicic told his story in 2011.

- There is no motive given. Which may mean that the Yugoslav killer worked for interests that were not Yugoslav at all. Similar to the South Africans involved.

I tend to give at least some credibility to this, but more interesting would be to know, whether the order to kill Palme came from Washington, Tel Aviv or somewhere else.
FWIW, Ole Dammegard said it [the material above] made no sense to him at all. There is almost as much disinformation on Palme as on JFK. Reader beware!

Sindicic during his career worked exclusively with and for UDBA. He seemed to be ideologically motivated not commercially motivated. For him to trot out this nonsense it may have been because of his extradition on several murder charges in the new and definitely not improved Croatia. As far as I know he is still out of prison so he is still of use to some one. Certainly these stories are useful to some. He sings like a canary but whose song is he singing?

Much more likely to be Washington than Beograd.

Yes. Lots of red herrings. For sure this is one. It doesn't make sense or stand up to any scrutiny. Just good to have it here for the record.
There are now many new interviews with Dammegard posted on his website, for those of you without the time to read his very long and complex ebook.
Anthony Thorne Wrote:A new 843 pg. book on the assassination of Olof Palme - COUP D'ETAT IN SLOW MOTION: THE MURDER OF OLOF PALME - was published a few weeks ago by Swedish journalist Ole Dammegard. Dammegard has decided to release his book for free online and is accepting Paypal donations on his site if anyone cares to reimburse him, but the book in its entirety is free.

Dammegard's website is here -

and his site offers a quick and easy download of the book. An hour long interview with Dammegard is below. (The interview doesn't begin till one and a half minutes in, so skip the flashy opening credits of the radio show if you find them disagreeable).

Ole Dammegard I know well and he has now updated his book. It has, IMHO, the closest approximation now possible to who/why/why was behind the Palme assassination and it really is the 'usual persons and groupings/power structures' we see involved in all too many (most) Deep Political events and assassinations. I strongly suggest it be read by anyone interested. Ole long lived in Stockholm, but had to leave after death threats. If, as the official version would have it, that Petterson [patsy #1] and then the PKK [patsies #2] were involved, then why the threats? Reminds me of all the strange deaths surrounding Dallas and those who investigated it...if, as the official version goes a 'lone-nut' shot JFK and then was soon shot himself. Almost all such political murders/assassinations are false-flag events. Dammegard also shows that those involved in the assassination of Palme were also involved in SO MANY OTHER important Deep Political Events we know and loathe.
