It's a great watch but not the real thing. A 'mockumentary'. I saw it several years ago when it was shown on SBS tv here. On April 1st.

I suspected the voices might be dubbed, if so, cleverly by the French
producers. But those are the "real people". But much of it is close to
the real truth.

Yes, it is the real Rumslfeld, Kissinger and Walters et al but I suspect they may be being interviewed for something else, say Iran-Contra stuff, but it is edited to look like they are answering the question posed by the off camera interviewer. It is quite a younger Rumsfeld. It is a good production though.
