I imagine you prefer a url to link to, for those you will post. {I assume we don't upload them ourselves} What about files not available on the internet? Can you get them from us and then upload? Maximum size and format details - not to mention ftp or other means of transfer to you in such a case - and any legal considerations?

Yes. A link is preferable.

You can send me the files or I can send you the details to upload onto the channel.

There are file limits and they vary depending on what type of file it is. You can check in the attachment box which is below the main text box when you make a post but you can always send them to me direct by FTP and I can upload them.
