Julian Assange claimed on October 18 that he was being set up by a dating agency, "Todd and Clare" to frame him as a "Pedophile and Russian spy". He claimed an investigative report was made (unknown by whom) into the Todd and Clare dating site (hereafter T&C), suggesting that the site was a "highly suspicious and likely fabricated business entity".
The investigative report claims a number of interesting facts that were reasonably easy to corroborate. The most important of these for us to consider is that the whois information for "toddandclare.com" refers to an address: 10685-B Hazelhurst Dr., Houston, Tex., and that a U. S. to international mail forwarding service is listed as sharing this address. Note that no suite numbers were listed in the whois report.
Todd and Clare make an interesting claim on their website that they make a concerted effort of highlighting: "This online dating site is a former United Nations Global Compact member." Following up on this further describes a effusive statement about the UN Global Compact and how it relates to Todd and Clare the dating website.
Schiel and Denver
But let's not just leave Mr. Assange's unnamed investigators have all the fun, shall we? Let's do a little bit of digging on our own.
First off, the T&C web site has a Google Analytics identifier: UA-70589801-1. If we search for this identifier, three results come up. One of these is for a website "schieldenver.com".
Why is there a reference to "schieldenver.com"? If we check the site in the result, we see metadata about "Todd and Clare's online dating" and the Analytics key mentioned above. Why is a website named "schieldenver.com" referring to "Todd and Clare"?
And so on and so on, this is not finished here.

For all practical purposes it is proven that Schiel&Denver, Todd&Clare and Yamiechess were created by the same guy, Akintunde Sahara Reid-Kapo from the UK. Yamiechess seems to be the most legitimate business, they actually have a product and have two or three people working part time for them. Schiel&Denver has a long list of complaints and a bunch of lawsuits and "published" a few "books", which nobody reads. Todd&Clare is on its face a fake dating site, probably created to bring men to register and then extort money by blackmail or other methods. It has a somewhat hidden fetish oriented side and it seems to try to appeal to people interested in very young girls.
It is absolutely not clear, why
1. Todd&Clare website was registered to the physical address in San Francisco with the same (minus area code) telephone number as David Soloff's company
2. Todd&Clare approached Assange in the first place
3. Todd&Clare tried to portrait themselves as supporting anti-rape efforts (KATIA)
4. Yamiechess has a reference to mathematical/statistical services
5. Mr. Reid-Kapo/Todd Hammond also registered another "publisher" which published exactly one "book", advertising Todd&Clare in a ridiculous way
It is also not clear which other persons helped Reid-Kapo and what the connection to Clinton/Podesta might be, except through David Soloff.

These outfits and people all shout British spook to me, probably the boys from Vauxhall Bridge. I see that that the one-man operation known as Bellingcat has involved himself in this story. And since it is pretty evident by now that he is spook connected, that for me is telling. See

From my perspective the bellincat article is rather objective, if incomplete, but is not easy to be complete in this mess.
The link to premise data is tenuous, but maybe a bit stronger than described in the article. What is interesting to me is that
up to this day some people are working on toddandclare.com to destroy evidence, delete pictures and generally react to things that are
discovered and published. Whether this is the Tunde individual, or people from premise, or spooks (US/UK(Australia) or other people, I don't know.

Yes, there were some pertinent points the that article but Bellingcat is himself is quite suspect. But I agree that there are some strange clean up operations happening.
Has any one managed to chase up the VAT lead?
