Assuming this is for real and not some sort of April Fools joke (?), which I suspect, I can't understand why public records and documents would be given to a private museum. Normally government documents have to be retained by the government archives/national library. I don't think the 6th floor museum really even counts as a museum, more a theme park tourist attraction, let alone a suitable repository for government documents of any kind.

It started out as a serious drama but ended up being a black comedy.
