Most here have probably already read the relevant material (it's available online in a couple of places), but for anyone keen on having this Ted Kennedy-chaired hearing into MKULTRA in a good readable copy, please feel free to download this free reading version. I've placed the complete transcript of the hearing (plus the accompanying appendices) into a nicely formatted Word document and have made a free PDF downloadable at the link below for anyone who wants a convenient version for reference. This certainly beats the ugly photocopied scan of the original hearing that was floating around years ago.
