Before photos, it was a matter of perception fakery. The "photos" being "faked" were perceptions and memories. Similar intentions and principles applied.
Both now are utilized.
What can we know?
One needs to realize that we live in a fully digital environment where images are no pixels and very easily manipulated.
Aside from what things you see in real time with your own eyes.... everything you know about the world is through a digitial channel and digital media... even DPF.

Wait till Jim and John Lear and others start telling about PROJECTED
THIN AIR HOLOGRAMS PROJECTED IN REAL TIME. They are a reality
among Pentagon "black weapons" and may have been used on 911
to simulate aircraft diving into buildings. Lear has direct knowledge
of this. The average citizen does not know such is possible, but a
search of the www shows many technology "shows" where such
inventions are peddled to military worldwide. The general public
is very naive and gullible about black technology.

I suspect the gen pub has seen enough startrek to believe someone is messing with these things.
I am sure 3D holograms which appear as solid objects are right around the corner if not coming off the drawing board as we chat about it.
The remark was more about how everything we know about 9/11 is digital and via media filter.
We really don't know what happened and we didn't get too much time to look at it after it did.

I must warn you, however, that he devotes a page to the backyard
photos BEING GENUINE. But he WAS CIA, remember...so is expected
to cover this up. In fact, I wondered whether this one page was the
REAL EXCUSE for the book being published...to blunt study of how they
were faked.

Jack, I'm sure you remember that there was a Pentagon study well over a decade ago now, that discussed morphing technologies. For example, this extended, as I recall, to watching a presidential address on TV that isn't real.
I feel sure the time will come when we can't watch or look at any digital media without suspicion. And that is all it takes.
Yes and in the Italian 9/11 documentary 'Zero' an MEP - I think it was Giulietto Chiesa - recalled taking part in a NATO exercise in Brussels which war-gamed the aftermath of a terrorist Nuke exploding in Brussels. He described how they were all treated to a video of Osama bin Laden claiming responsibility for the attack.
