Helmer Reenberg...IMO...who does SOME OF THE BEST jfk assassination videos also produced this one..very interesting......see also on the right the one of the two men, man seen in the 6th floor tsbd window, in dillard, hughes,and other photos and films..below the Dillard window man . i should add here that it is Bill Miller who has done much if not the most research on developing the face seen in the Dillard photo, on Lancer b
