I'm posting this simply because this police officer (NYPD Sgt.Lesly Charles) needs to be exposed and terminated as unfit to wear a uniform and badge.

Apparently way angry over an illegally parked car - though just fine with his hustling - NYPD Sgt. Lesly Charles was caught on video unleashing an obscene, threatening, body-part-laden rant against a 21-year-old suspect who filmed it with his cell phone. Most scary: Two of his cop buddies stood blithely stood by, suggesting this is business as usual for New York's finest.
"Your pretty face I like it very much. My dick will go in your mouth and come out your ear...I have the long dick. You don't."
