Btw, it does look as though the "suspect" is face down and already handcuffed (at 7:37), although this is not clear because the newschopper have purposely avoided zooming in for greater detail.

Yep, that's the conclusion I come up with too - especially as I can still find no photos, news clips of the vital period in between the end of the news clip and the surrounding of the SUV by the 7th cavalry -- which strikes me as being of significance.
But I'm open to any reasonable other scenario.
In the news-chopper clip the windows of the SUV are all apparently intact, the SUV drivers door is open and to me, it looks like the suspect/perp has tried to get away and been shot dead. Perhaps the cops were concerned the diminutive wife was still in the vehicle and needed to surround it and let all hell loose to kill her?

OK so now I am officially confused. A few days ago I heard on the radio that there was an active shooter drill that very day (actually I heard that part the first day) at the exact same place as the "event". So then I searched that and found a story that said this had occurred. Now this morning on John Potash's (sp?) facebook page there is an article, called "the best" on this case that only talks about an active shooter drill at that same location a year ago. No mention of it also being there, that day. I did not share the story on my page.
I know the mainstream press can't get their stories straight, but is the alt press having similar difficulties?

Can you post a link (or more) that states that the shooters did not post support for ISIS on social media please?
In regard to the neighbours supplying weapons, whatever happened regarding the report that one of the assault rifles was bought by someone on behalf of the police department?
