It's the "law of rule" rather than the 'rule of law" that is in play today, eh.

NSA can do whatever they like and then wait to be sued for any breaches of the law and argue interpretation, when they very well know what they're actually doing is illegal. And if a court rules against them, they'll just continue doing the same thing under cover of national security...
