Minn. Judge John Tunheim Sheds Light on JFK Assassination | KSTP TV - Magda Hassan - 13-10-2013 James Norwood Wrote:To get the Tunheim discussion back on track, I would raise the following question:Why indeed? Do you know if the journalist is even aware of Doug Horne's work? Have you brought it to his attention? Minn. Judge John Tunheim Sheds Light on JFK Assassination | KSTP TV - James Norwood - 13-10-2013 Magda, I am almost certain that the ABC reporter was not familiar with Doug Horne's five-volume Inside the ARRB. I sent the reporter short e-mails and left phone messages. I never received a reply nor had any one-on-one communication with him. I was hoping that he would read my article, which not only mentions Horne, but quotes from his work. It is possible that Horne's treatise has been marginalized because it was self-published. Despite the rise in online book sales, there is still something to be said about books coming out of the large publishing houses when it comes to the mainstream media. It is shocking to compare Bill O'Reilly's Killing Kennedy published by Henry Holt to Douglas Horne's self-published books. Horne's volumes are historical writing at its best. O'Reilly's books should be placed on the shelves in the fiction section of the library. James |
