For some reason I'm reminded of another narrowly-thwarted assassination attempt against a Democratic President.

Or some other scenario as yet unknown, such as a major shift on some domestic policy sure to cause serious dissension in the dem ranks or even a split in the party and/or the desertion of his most loyal supporters.......who knows? Just sayin'.

THAT was a story and a 'name' the MSM refused to really 'pick up' [except to report the vague outlines of]. It begged to be teased apart, as the name clearly was a play on an earlier patsy. But as the late John Judge opined - 'those who refuse to see conspiracy are left with their religious beliefs in COINCIDENCES'. I recall seeing our VP Joe Biden proclaiming himself to be a zionist. OTO Obama has not been entirely cooperative with the Israel. Could this be the backstory? 'Everybody else gives us love including your VP who would be POTUS should you sadly be assassinated. How about if you shaped up? By the way, you have wonderful family.'
