Definite proof the BYPs were faked - and who is Johnnie GRIZZAFFI and what did he say? - Peter Lemkin - 25-01-2015 Whereupon, JOSEPH CAMPISI was duly sworn and testified as follows: EXAMINATION BY MR. HORNBECK: Q. Do you know a John Grizzaffi? A. You know, you have got two of them. Q. I take it there is one with s's and one with z's? A. I don't know the spelling. It's Johnny Grizzaffi. The kid that I know is Johnny Grissaffi. No 400 middle name or nothing. Right? Q. Yes, that's right. A. No middle name. The one that worked down at the courthouse? Q. I think that's one. A. Yeah.I have known him ever since he was a kid. Q. How about the other -- A. Johnny Brazil -- Johnny Grazzaffi? Q. Yes. A. Yeah. I have known him all of my life. Q. In what context have you known him? A. Well, the restaurant I have now I bought from him.He and his wife had opened it up. Q. Do you know whether or not either of those two gentlemen were acquainted with Jack Ruby? A. Oh, they probably knew him. No acquaintance. They probably knew Jack Ruby. They probably knew him. --------------- It is a bit odd that such an unusual name would exist in two spelling variants in Dallas - and both be known by Campisi 'all of his life'. I'm wondering out loud if they were related and one changed the spelling of his name - and often used a false name [Brazil]. Note also, what are the odds that these two men, with strangely similar names would both know Jack Ruby in a big city such as Dallas. As with most of the questioning, they never asked the questions that would get to substantive matters.....it was all for show and the appearance of doing an investigation - when none was ever done, IMO. Definite proof the BYPs were faked - and who is Johnnie GRIZZAFFI and what did he say? - David Josephs - 26-01-2015 Ok.. thanks Peter... So why is his testimony not available easily? What could he have added to the BYP discussion related to the missing negative? Definite proof the BYPs were faked - and who is Johnnie GRIZZAFFI and what did he say? - Peter Lemkin - 26-01-2015 David Josephs Wrote:Ok.. thanks Peter... I can't easily locate his testimony either...and WHY was it in EXECUTIVE SESSION?!...really, WHY?! The picture [pun intended] is not crystal clear, other than so many of the players in this false-flag drama knew one another [before, during, after] and did business with one another [before, during, after]. There are MULTIPLE reasons that prove, IMO, that these photos were 'not as advertised', (i.e. patsy prints). I know of two additional poses - although can't say when they were produced. White was IMO definitely involved in the production of the images and after they were made in their being produced...not just the one his ex found. He was most likely NOT the ONLY person involved in their production. He was likely killed in an industrial accident because he knew too much about these photos and other bits of the assassination libretto. He almost surely knew Tippit and Ruby, and was claimed to have been seen on the Knoll during all the confusion after the shooting. There is much more about White, but I don't want to divert this thread. As to your last question....I'm working on it....too bad he was never asked that question directly, eh?! Definite proof the BYPs were faked - and who is Johnnie GRIZZAFFI and what did he say? - David Josephs - 26-01-2015 Thanks Peter... nice to be talking with you again... DJ Definite proof the BYPs were faked - and who is Johnnie GRIZZAFFI and what did he say? - Drew Phipps - 26-01-2015 If Grizzaffi truly did testify in executive session before the HSCA on Oct. 5, 1978, then he must have preceded James J. Angleton, whose session went from 10 AM to 5:45 PM. It is interesting that a) Angleton had to wait for Grizzaffi, and b) that Angleton's testimony has been both preserved and declassified but not Grizzaffi's. It also seems that Grizzaffi didn't have that much to say. Definite proof the BYPs were faked - and who is Johnnie GRIZZAFFI and what did he say? - David Josephs - 26-01-2015 At the heart of this thread is that there would be no way for the DPD to have known to position their Detective and the cutout unless they were aware of the 133-C pose before 11/29. One of the negatives is lost with no explanation. 1st generation photos (supposedly) are found which means they came from a negative - yet another missing negative. Stovall - one of the men doing the Paine search, and White a photographic expert who just started at the DPD in Oct 63 and quits to work for Page Drug store... http://www.baylor.edu/lib/poage/shaw/index.php?id=85336 While Herbert was also correct about the impossbility of wear marks being "exactly the same" the simply conclusion that these images existed prior to the assassination is fairly easy to prove using basic common sense. You can't do a perfect cut-out of an image in 1963, if the image is supposedly unknown until 1977. Definite proof the BYPs were faked - and who is Johnnie GRIZZAFFI and what did he say? - Herbert Blenner - 26-01-2015 David Josephs Wrote:At the heart of this thread is that there would be no way for the DPD to have known to position their Detective and the cutout unless they were aware of the 133-C pose before 11/29. The DPD recovered three negatives and an unknown number of photographs showing three distinct scenes of Oswald in the backyard with his weapons and newspapers. Presently, box 12, folder 3, item 1 of the Dallas Municipal Archives contains a 5 X 7 inch enlargement of 133-C. http://jfk.ci.dallas.tx.us/40/4084-004.gif The reverse side of this enlargement is stamped, "This photograph made and developed by the Bureau of Identification Police Department Dallas Texas." http://jfk.ci.dallas.tx.us/40/4084-003.gif An index of box 12 associates 133-C with a negative. In particular the title for item 1 of folder 3 reads as "Photograph of Oswald standing holding a rifle, negative number 91-001/082." http://jfk.ci.dallas.tx.us/box12.htm A search of the database produced one hit for this 91-001/082 number. http://jfk.ci.dallas.tx.us/box12a.htm The index of box 12A under item 1 of folder 37 reads as "Lee Harvey Oswald in back yard with rifle, negative number 91-001/082." Perhaps the author of this listing had a sense of humor. They noted that the scan of this missing negative is missing. Definite proof the BYPs were faked - and who is Johnnie GRIZZAFFI and what did he say? - David Josephs - 27-01-2015 Nice Find Herbert yet we have no idea when that was put there - do we? And the negatives they are referring to are the negative numbers related to the photos taken and placed in these boxes, not the neagtives of the original photos themselves. Why then do you suppose 2 negatives and one photo disappear from history for a spell with 133-C surfacing just before 1978. Besides, the only listing of negatives found is the CSS I posted - no photographs, only 2 negatives. On the other hand, if they had this image and placed Brown and did a cutout in this pose... why not include 133-C with the others? The way it appears and how the testimony read, while they found this specific batch of negatives and supposedly photos of same, they singled out on a CSSS form yet are simply itemized as "Misc Photos" on the main inventory... ? http://www.history-matters.com/archive/jfk/wc/wcvols/wh21/html/WH_Vol21_0311b.htm Mr. BALL. Did you search the garage? Mr. STOVALL. No, sir; not that day, I did the next day. Mr. BALL. Rose searched the garage that day? Mr. STOVALL. Yes, sir; he was out in the garage. We were going over the stuff pretty hastily at that time that day. Mr. BALL. How long were you there that day--how long were you there? Mr. STOVALL. I would say for approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours, if that long. Mr. STOVALL. Yes, sir; Rose did, and when he looked at them, he said, "Look at this." At the time he said that--he showed us the snapshots and the negatives to me. Mr. BALL. Did they show you what appeared to be Oswald in the snapshots? Mr. STOVALL. Yes. Mr. BALL. He had the negatives and snapshots? Mr. STOVALL. Yes. Mr. BALL. And he showed Oswald--what was significant about the photograph? Mr. STOVALL. He was in a standing position just outside of the house holding a rifle in one hand and he was wearing a pistol in a holster on his right hip and he was holding two papers in the other hand. Mr. BALL. Did you take the snapshots? Mr. STOVALL. Yes, we took the snapshots. Mr. BALL. And the negatives? Mr. STOVALL. Yes. Mr. BALL. Where are they listed on this exhibit--this Exhibit B? Mr. STOVALL. I believe we listed them where we've got "Miscellaneous photographs and maps." There were several other photographs that we took when we were there. Mr. BALL. They were in the garage, were they? Mr. STOVALL. Yes, sir. Mr. BALL. And where were they in the garage that you saw? Mr. STOVALL. As well as I remember, they were in a brown cardboard box about, I guess, 2 feet by a foot and a half or something like that. Mr. BALL. What was in the box with them? Mr. STOVALL. There were, as well as I remember, a few books in there and letters and papers and photographs. Mr. BALL. Now, you also found some bags, didn't you? Mr. STOVALL. Yes, sir; there were some seabags. Mr. BALL. What color? Mr. STOVALL. One of them was---I think both of them were a kind of an Army color---olive drab, whatever you call it. Mr. BALL. And suitcases? Mr. STOVALL. Yes, sir; there were some blue suitcases and I think a brown one Mr. ROSE. Well, I found two sea bags, three suitcases, and two cardboard boxes and all of them contained numerous items of property of Oswald. Mr. BALL. Did you find some pictures? Mr. ROSE. Yes; I found two negatives first that showed Lee Oswald holding a rifle in his hand, wearing a pistol at his hip, and right with those negatives I found a developed picture--I don't know what you call it, but anyway a picture that had been developed from the negative of him holding this rifle, and Detective McCabe was standing there and he found the other picture--of Oswald holding the rifle Bottom line - photos were found and never entered into evidence using a CSS form when most every other important piece of evidence found was listed on these forms. The CSS was created for the negatives which are supposedly listed as MISC on Stovall B while the photos are now gone as is the Negative for 133-A (I believe) One has to wonder if the photos printed from the negative matches the photos found in the garage... but we'll never know.
