Do you know where I can obtain a copy of their translation of his book?

John

John,

thank you very much for asking. Yes, Metta did write a book. It is not translated, at the moment. But we would like to translate it, of course

Paz:

Are there any other articles by Mette that have been translated? Have reviewed the Bloomfield papers and am interested in reading his articles if more are available. Has Mette established a connection between Permindex and Credit Suisse? I found a link to Credit Suisse Canada in the Bloomfield papers.

John

John:

Thanks for your interest. There are not other Metta's articles translated, at the moment. Did you directly search in Canada's National Archives where Bloomfield stuff is? Is this what you did?

Metta does not own Bloomfield papers. He owns, instead, Centro Mondiale Commerciale papers. This means: Italian papers, since CMC was established in Italy, Rome, in 1958. He found evidence of three banks: Seligman, Schroder, Banca Nazionale del Lavoro

Paz:

Yes I reviewed most of the Bloomfield papers that are held at Library and Archives Canada. Most of his papers are available for review but some are been held back and will be released over the next few years. Will be reviewing more documents next week. Also have a list of his correspondents taken from his letter books. There is a man named Seligman on the list. Does the CMC papers include names of people associated it? If yes, could you provide me with the names. I would like to compare those names with the names I have. Bloomfield's brother Manfred also has papers at the archives. Have reviewed them as well but they do not add much to Bloomfield's story.

Seligman is in, as said before. There are, also, for example, the Mandels, Roberto Ascarelli, Virgilio Gaito, Franco Micucci Cecchi, Alfredo Crocco, Corrado Bonfantini

Maurice Phillips who is a member of the Education Forum has a website called "I Have Some Secrets For You." He has done a lot of work on the Bloomfield papers and took the archives to court to get his papers released after the Bloomfield family blocked their release.

____________

That said, we have a Ber Biegun (New York, 123, W57 street)

Also, please, consider that "Spett.le" is NOT a name. It stands, in Italian, for Spettabile, and it just means: Respectful, Dear

If you send me a PM, we would really like to talk with you more.

Thank you very much,
Paz
