Quigley was a famous professor and historian also consultant to the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Navy, the Smithsonian Institution or U.S. President Bill Clinton. Clinton named Quigley as an important influence during his acceptance speech to the 1992 Democratic National Convention. He was also known as insider to group known as "The Round Table". This book was written for these groups as an internal study and speaks open about the history of Round Table and Rhodes society!

BTW, my theory about Clinton was that he was selected to be POTUS because he was so corrupt. It would make great TV and set up the election of GWB.

Oh God yes. He and Poppy Bush up to their asses in CIA cocaine dealing. Now Jeb is getting ready for a run. If Poppy was involved in the JFK assassination, which I believe there is much evidence for, then the cold irony of them killing a "dynasty" and putting their own into the WH makes me ill.

The name Arnold Toynbee, naturally raises interest, for he was one of that small and close band of disciples of John Ruskin at Oxford that included Cecil Rhodes, Lord Alfred Milner and others who became principal architects of the Rhodes-Milner group that sat at the very heart of the RIIA-CFR, Anglo-American relationship. Peter Grose also references what is portrayed as an almost chance encounter between Dulles and Arnold Toynbee (the nephew of the Toynbee the older) on board a Pan American Clipper "Flying Boat" in 1942. This was during Dulles's extended journey to Switzerland for the purpose of taking up residence as the senior OSS man. Toynbee, in addition to his Oxford connections, was also a member of Britain's secret intelligence service.
