It seems to me, AFRICOM is there precisely for this "problem." You can't have a uni-polar world with things like this going on. Ant then there is the problem of NORTHCOM. It's all about full spectrum dominance.

Have you noticed how all the crises happen right next to oil fields or controlling oil infrastructure or other coveted energy and mineral resources....Boko Harem and Yizidis, Ukraine for example?
