Yep. He was/is a US Treasury and FBI confidential informant. Somewhere in my archives I have two pay chits from both agencies paying him in his two CI names (Frank Ingram - FBI - and Rick Reynolds - US Treasury) that he accidentally released with a bunch of other court documents. When I asked him about it he immediately withdrew the docs from the site he had posted them to and declined to comment thereafter.
