Well you might want to start with ONE day, but it will obviously need many actions and days/efforts! You have five+ natural groups of allies to enlist:
1] the DC and National Occupy Groups
2] the JFK Research community and those VERY interested in this matter
3] Constitutional Attorneys, Freedom of Information/Sunshine Groups, Progressive Groups who just generally want the Govt. to come clean on this and lots of other things.
4] Alternative media
5] Important persons; current and former Govt. offcials willing to speak out on this.
I know where and how to contact the people in Group 1 and to some extents 2 and 3, 4, 5 - as do you. It will take many working from different places and groups toward the same end. Pick a symbolic day when more can attend and a symbolic place or places and actions! I can easily think of many - NARA; CIA and FBI HQ; Certain Committees Offices; White House; National Press Club [if they don't let you in you speak via mic check OUTSIDE] - Black blobs, press releases, posters, protesters, door blockers, street marchers and all!....for any and all of the aforementioned. You and a few others can stay 'above the fray' in suits and ties and try the front door - but if it gets slammed on you [likely] the back door and then the front doors will be SHUT DOWN in non-violent civil disobedience. Get the alternative media there and the livestreamers and build from there. Have Morley speak or others like that. They are stonwalling us, and now is the time to call their bluff and jump over their 'walls'. Who's documents and archives? OUR documents and archives! Who's President was assassinated? OUR President was assassinated. These would-be controllers of information and false truth have best get out of the way - as the People are about to come on through - one way or another! Many thanks for your strategic and tactical input, as I too think we must come up with a doable game plan and execute it, much like the Wiki blackout killed the Hollywood SOPA bill.
I think the target of emphasis should be the National Archives, specifically the original Archives building as a place to stake out an occupy zone, at least for a day, seeking the release of still withheld JFK assassination records, and then march to the Capitol, seeking JFK Act Oversight Hearings.
This should happen sometime in mid-march when the weather should be better and Sunshine Week will be focusing the media on the issues of open records.

Good point to plan a social media Blitzkreig a la SOPA! It is not as sexy and doesn't touch [or so they think!] as many as personally as SOPA, but with the right pre-planning and education the same crowd and others can be brought to deluge those who have some 'say and sway'. Go to it. I'll help in any way I can. Langley is far away and they don't let people near, but something near the sign that points to the turn-off to the CIA building or some such, might also be included...just thinking aloud. Watch for Occupy DC action dates - there are many planned for Spring. They will be LARGE and you might well use the numbers there for your actions as well as the others planned! The Occupy 'crowd' is predisposed to this, some might need a short training session of an few hours duration to bring them up to speed, but I think little more. Such could be done in a teach-in a few nights before and via a website with info and catchy videos [that can go viral] that you should have someone start to build now. The website should have a sister Facebook page and Twitter connected hashtags. Trust me, if we let the snake oil sellers of history slip past the 50th without making a major breakout on what you and I and a few others know well about Dallas [and how it impacts us today, every day!] I don't know when we'll have another chance - or if......
Just a thought, you might try three month-spaced pulses from through Spring, hoping for each to make the next even larger. Be sure to bring in other issues that are related to get the biggest crowd possible. JFK withheld docs should remain the focus, but what about the RFK, MLK and SO many others not given to us. The National Security Archives certainly should be interested to help or mention those who could. Oliver Stone can rally those in Hollywood and perhaps provide some funding or suggest those who will. You will need funds for this! Contact Elsberg and others for ideas for speakers, funders, groups. Contact the CCR and other such groups. We can't even get the docs on the banksters, the Vietnam or Iraq Wars...its not just JFK....why are so many millions of documents classified and hidden every year! Bring in the blackballing and other tricks used. Morley. How the AARB and others were short-sheeted on docs. Et al.

We have a group of around 140 people on Facebook that can help with numbers for letter writing and such like. The group was specifically set up for letter writing to get an oversight hearing on the JFK records act 1992, but could be used for other things.

A properly done twitter cascade might get you several thousand of interested core people. They are out there....trick is to find them and 'bind' them into an action grouping. A public event, properly constructed, that gets alternative and [even MSM] attention, and in which you call for some future action[s] calling for the release of all relevant documents seems to me the way to go........
