Yes, that was established a long time ago that PM was a step below Frazier.
And Frazier is not 6' 3"" tall either.
I saw him in Washington at the AARC conference. Unless he shrunk a lot from 1963, I would estimate he is about 5' 11".

Yeah, I've seen video of Frazier and he doesn't look as towering as in the Prayer Man shot.

Thanks. Looks like it wasn't Viles.
While I guess it could technically be Oswald I don't think it is because too many people would have seen him. It's almost impossible that Oswald would be right there in the open, mingle amongst Truly and Baker in the entrance, and not be leaked by someone - even with gag orders.

Why is it accepted as fact that Marion Baker actually entered the front of the TSBD? Are there any films of him entering the door? Outside of Truly, Shelley and Lovelady, did any witnesses state they saw a helmeted motorcycle officer enter the front door of the TSBD?

How did Baker get the unavailability of the elevators right? Or the window in the lunchroom door?
Would Baker run towards the Depository and not go in?
And if he didn't would there be no witnesses to say he never went in?

How any negatives can you fit into one sentence? I'm not even sure it's possible to answer that question.
If he did not go in, I'm sure no one would notice. People tend to notice things that happen more than things that don't happen.
Regardless of what Baker knew about elevators and the 2nd floor lunch room, find me a witness on the TSBD steps that, when questioned about this by WC lawyers, could actually recall Baker going up the steps and entering the TSBD.

Concealing this would make sense in the context of concealing Oswald being Prayer Man. However that isn't a given and it wouldn't make sense in any normal context. What you are saying is JFK assassination history has Baker going inside. You suggest Baker didn't go inside and no one felt any need to comment. That doesn't sound right to me.

All the film footage of Baker stops just before he reaches the bottom of the steps. Joe Molina and Wesley Frazier were both standing at the top of the steps, and when asked if they saw a white helmeted police officer enter the front of the TSBD, replied no. Eddie Piper was on the 1st floor over by the elevators (this has been questioned, too) and testified that Roy Truly might have been in the company of an FBI agent. Funny the helmet and boots didn't give Baker away.
As I said, find me a witness who testified to seeing Baker and Truly entering the front of the TSBD together.

I don't think it unusual that no one would remember Oswald as prayer man. He didn't make much of an impression on his co workers to begin with. He kept to himself, etc. If he just stuck his head out the door as the motorcade approached no one would be looking in that corner, and as the shots rang out certainly no one would be focused there. The only person who might have noticed Oswald there, was Frazier, and there are plenty of questions about him and his testimony. Baker first statement never mentioned the 2cnd floor lunch room and Oswald per se, and he was sitting in the same room as Oswald when he made it, so I think much of what he later said as to be taken as baloney. The whole lunch room encounter was invented after the fact when it became necessary to incriminate Oswald as the lone nut.
