Sean Murphy's research deserves more - Albert Doyle - 19-04-2015 David Josephs Wrote:Albert Albert... The Fritz notes clearly say: "Claims 2nd floor Coke when off came in". Mrs Reid says her encounter with Oswald occurred 2 minutes after the last shot. This would perfectly synchronize with the Baker encounter. Fritz then writes: "To 1st floor had lunch". Sean Murphy's research deserves more - Gordon Gray - 21-04-2015 For me the fact that Baker made his affidavit while sitting in the same room as Oswald but failed to identify him, tells me the lunchroom encounter didn't happen. PM is either Oswald or a stranger/non TSBD employee, because we know the whereabouts of the other TSBD employees. If a stranger he would have had to make his way through the crowd of TSBD employees standing in front of the building to reach the position on the steps, and surely would have been noticed. If he is Oswald he could have stepped out the front door as the motorcade was approaching and everyone was focused on the Limo, thus not noticed. To me Baker not mentioning Oswald while he was sitting right in front of him bespeaks greater issues like CIA association. If we used your logic we could say the lack of interrogation notes means the whole Police Station event didn't happen. How can you prove that Baker identified Oswald with a Coke? Sean Murphy's research deserves more - Albert Doyle - 22-04-2015 Because he tried to get rid of it. Baker's signature and the content of the note are clearly two different sets of hand writing. The FBI agent wrote the note, and Baker only signed it. Baker crossed out the reference to the Coke, and put his initials beside it. How do you know the FBI agent did not erroneously assume Baker had seen Oswald with a Coke, and Baker merely corrected him? It came up some time after when they must have been after him to help frame Oswald. I doubt Baker was part of any conspiracy from the beginning. |
