I can't find the thread where this discussion was occurring as to who it was with his face partially blocked. I messaged Tosh earlier and as I remembered he said it was him. He still does.

That [above] is the link to some false information. I'm sure Dawn was asking for the link on our Forum - as this has been here discussed before. Tosh also told me it was he...and I knew it was, the very first time I saw it...having many photos of him from that time period...and also knowing who he was hanging out with. He named the restaurant, the 'occasion' they were celebrating and the date.

First off, I'd like to say, this is NOT an "operation 40" pic. There are however, a few operation 40 members in this pic, and if this is Tosh, was Tosh also apart of Op40? Secondly, has Tosh ever mentioned who he had his arm around in the pic? And lastly, could he name all the guy's in the photo? I know every single one of them and who they are, and in-fact met a few. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it!
P.S. Can you provide the FBI documents that says it's Tosh Plumlee? Thank you Dawn.
