I wish to make it plain that I did not have cigar relations with that woman.
The payments were a purely charitable affair, organised by my Foundation, the Tooth Trust, for the relief of indigent women in the Third World.
I believe that puts an end to the matter to the complete satisfaction of all but my enemies, most notably The Mad Turk.
