Jim: I saw an interview somewhere where Kostikov allegedly admitted Oswald came and spoke to him at the Mexico City Soviet embassy.
By the way. I agree. There's no way that the original visit would not have been immediately reported to Moscow because with Oswald's background any failure to report it, after all that ensued, would result in serious consequences under communist law for the embassy employees.
