No, unless they rigged it for Bernie, who won big.
In fact here is a fascinating little co-incidence: the only states the DNC rigged were the ones with a large turn out of minorities.
States which were heavily white -- Bernie won those.
So I guess the DNC only rigged certain caucuses and primaries, eh?
