Morrow Rules the EF - Derek Ekdom - 09-09-2015 Just so everyone has the info, Robert D. Morrow, the author of "Firsthand Knowledge" and "Betrayal", died in May '98 (not recalling the source). I actually had the privilege of meeting him at the Midwest Symposium in Chicago in '93 and he signed my copy of FK. (the Robert Morrow the thread refers to is a different person) That Pittsburgh press article is interesting, as it's assuredly the same person. I believe he did talk about counterfeiting Cuban pesos in the FK book as a CIA project to destabilize the Cuban economy. Before Morrow was banned here, it was just ... well ... embarrassing. Full disclosure. It all began with a call to me many years ago. He had been reading posts at EF and because we both live in Austin he called and told me he was learning from my posts and EF in general. He asked me to recommend books, which I happily did. We had many conversations over the years and he began contacting authors that I recommended. Since our talks were only about the JFK assassination I had no clue that he was so....ah ...sexually inclined, obsessed with all things sexual. The first time we met was so embarrassing as he was speaking at a high volume on how Bush was involved in the assassination. We were eating out and others could hear him. Erick and I got out of there as quickly as we could. We both picked up a very weird vibe that perhaps he was gay. His hatred of gays only made these suspicions greater. A self hating gay, we wondered. And as was pointed out, it got very embarrassing ere and at the EF. (He had strong anti gay material that we found online, I believe has since been removed). He's got to be one of the weirdest guys I have ever met. I will say one thing he is very sincere about this case, but his sex obsession overrides all. "Robert Morrow is a political researcher and alternative historian with expertise on the Clintons, the Bush family, and the JFK assassination. He holds a history degree from Princeton University and an MBA from the University of Texas. He lives in Austin, Texas." They make quite the pair and their book must be really weird. Morrow Rules the EF - Nathaniel Heidenheimer - 14-09-2015 Morrow spreads his posts around. I don't agree with their LBJ-centrism. I only wish more JFK researchers closer to the truth would be as evangelical as Morrow, and put their many excellent posts and articles where more would have a chance to see them. True information about the JFK is triple moated. 1) Censored from the MSM 2) censored from the fake alternative OSTENSIBLY left 3) preached against in the fake alternative OSTENSIBLY left (although this is decreasing, as more have been made aware that the fake-left is doing this) With this triple moating, it becomes incumbent on more historically aware JFK researchers to become more evangelical and post stuff where new audiences will see it. Or history is exterminated... This triple moating is a truly extraordinary level of censorship. Paradoxically, this uber-censorship can be pointed to as a sign of just how central the assassinations are to today's real government, The National Security State. Build hubs: Post links to here, BOR and CTKA where new audiences will see them. SNAGS-- these are hooks that will appeal to new readers NOT already interested in assassinations. The best ones a media history SNAGS which imply stuff about the media that the newbie has previously viewed less problematically. Morrow Rules the EF - Jim DiEugenio - 16-09-2015 BTW, that book is clearly designed to hurt Hillary's natural appeal to females. I mean talk about see through. And to have Willey write the preface? LOL. That woman was as phony as a three dollar bill and she got exposed years ago. Ken Starr protected her and Starr then prosecuted the woman who exposed her and who Willey tried to enlist to lie for her. What Starr did to her was almost as bad as what he did to Susan McDougal. Morrow Rules the EF - Drew Phipps - 16-09-2015 Robert Morrow asks the CIA Panel Austin Tx. 9/16/15: "Who killed Kennedy?" It was a soft serve layup with the expected laughter. Porter Goss replies: "Read Bill O'Reilly." Robert Inman at least says, "the extent of Cuba's involvement encouraging Oswald with the assassination is unknown, but there are no known facts." all quotes are paraphrased and I took notes as fast as possible. It is interesting that Goss is familiar with "Killing Kennedy." |
