The MK-ULTRA iceberg - Ed Jewett - 13-05-2010 The ethical consent issue -- at least among members of the US military -- is a moot point since, if memory serves me -- and I can probably dig out the reference if necessary -- that under Rumsfeld (the ex-CEO of Searle then SecDef) and as anointed by Cheney hunting partner, yon Supreme SCOTian Scalia, members of the US military have no recourse if guinea-pigged during their service. Actually, I think the reference is already here under bio-chemical warfare; I recall it was one of the first posts made here by me -- indirectly, by Magda -- if memory is still intact. I know what you're talking about, Ed. However, with respect, I'm not sure I'd describe the ethical consent point as "moot" just because the US military has attemped to write a clause into soldiers' contracts that the Pentagon can experiment on them in any fashion it likes. I'd describe such a clause as inherently unethical, and clearly capable of being overridden by international human rights law. Except, silly me, I forgot that the Yankees don't recognize international human rights courts. Plus, Rumsfeld and Cheney were the criminals directly responsible for covering up the murder of Frank Olson once he, inconveniently, rediscovered his moral conscience and made preparations to disclose unethical, terminal, human experiments. The MK-ULTRA iceberg - Ed Jewett - 14-05-2010 Yes, silly us, being moral and ethical when everyone else is so pragmatic and legal and pathological. The MK-ULTRA iceberg - Ed Jewett - 19-05-2010 Virtual Reality Mind Control Experiments May 19th, 2010 Via: Technofascism Blog: Ultra-creepy mind-control experiments now go mainstream. The video of this experiment looks like a scene from the Manchurian Candidate. I’m sure the souped up version of this “experiment” with the “volunteer” on psychosis-inducing pharmaceuticals is much more effective. Notice how the video involves all the classic elements of mind control: loss of identity, infantile regression, caressing to nurture feelings of security, and pay special attention to the VIOLENT SLAPPING part at the end of the video. Also, after looking into one of the main authors of the paper, Olaf Blanke, I looked up one of his previous papers. In the acknowlegements section it states “O.B. is supported by the Sandoz Family Foundation.” Yes, THAT Sandoz; the same company that Albert Hoffman worked at in Switzerland when he discovered LSD; and, the same company that manufactured LSD for the CIA’s MKUltra experiments in the 50’s and early 60’s. Of course, this is all purely coincidental. The veterans can't sue the CIA because they can't prove they took ... While it claims to focus on the murder of Frank Olson and sort of does - it is the best book in many years with the latest compilation [and some new material] on MK/ULTRA and all of its sister programs. It also details how many who knew too much were murdered or silenced in other ways and how files and evidence of the programs were destroyed - but the techniques evolved in these nightmare programs were not. Great book...and sits next to the other better ones I have on mind-control programs and chemical/biological/psychological warfare [for all of these programs were all of the above - along with 'silent' interrogation/torture and covert murder programs]. The MK-ULTRA iceberg - Danny Jarman - 27-07-2013 This is an important thread so I felt like reviving it. I've just been through Peter Levenda's "The Manson Secret" for the 2nd time. It's bewildering and downright scary. Incidents such as Jonestown and Sirhan Sirhan happened so long ago, it makes you think then what on earth is happening right NOW? It's a deep black hole... Jim Jones was almost certainly an experiment. How many Jim Jones' are there out there today and how many of them are at the front of Gladio type cells?
