Just wanted to share J. E. Hoovers original signature on this document, thought it was pretty cool that the information was important enough to send directly to Hoover and not some low level agents handling the case, oh hum, oh well.
Rudy - shit that was about something, damn, that was 40 years ago when I drove your father to the CIA's Headquarters in Miami Beach, that was 1971, and your dad, shit man I don't know how he did it, but after he got what he wanted he could have destroyed the CIA with the information he had.
Scott - I know. What he stole from the CIA was prior to Watergate, and um, that explains why he never showed them to Liebengood, after reaching out to Liebengood, those documents were his free "get out of jail" card. A card he played often. (Laughs.)

Man, I now understand why Q1 and Q3 would never want to be identified by the FBI, and Hoover didn't want to peruse my dad. Only the greatest patriot that ever lived. Because, the CIA and/or the FBI or both needed to retrieve the stolen material. They needed to pin this assassination on Oswald, the government didn't want war to break out, the government did everything to avoid invading Cuba, had those photos became public, the world would have known what happened to Kennedy.
Those boys wanted war, the government covered it up, LBJ prevented war by way of the Warren Commission. They didn't want to arrest my dad, they just wanted what he stole back. And, they got it back, after his death, his briefcase was never to be seen again.

See, what I don't understand is, if the collective heads of these departments had a hand in plotting the assassination of Kennedy, like Dulles, LBJ, the Pentagon, FBI, Mafia and everyone else as many author's have mentioned, then why didn't our government and collective heads just invade Cuba right after the assassination? I mean, that was the sole purpose of assassinating Kennedy right? To invade Cuba, however, I'm sure someone will say no, it wasn't over Cuba, it was over the Federal Reserve or some other thing.
Seriously, if our government assassinated Kennedy, and we also had that embargo in place for more than 50 years, and the United States government really didn't like Castro, and Castro really didn't like the United States, then why didn't our government just invade Cuba?
Oh, but wait, now I remember, there were more than 638 assassination attempts on Castro's life, who must have made a pack with satan, because he died an old man, but there were only five that I know of on Kennedy. Tampa, Miami, New York, Chicago and Dallas. All cities where anti-Castro Cuban's reigned.

Makes sense doesn't it? Some of those light bulbs are going off, while others are having that ah-ha moment, and yet still others are trying to think of a good argument, I understand, however, bottom-line, Kennedy was assassinated, and it wasn't just some spare of the moment assassination, it needed to be pinned on some lone crazed nut.
That nut was being groomed as a pasty, the perfect fall guy for those who really did it, and the government knows who really did it, fact is, to the government, it was worth loosing one man, than for an entire nation to parish, because had the United States invaded Cuba which is what they wanted, Russia would have certainly gotten themselves involved, and you folks who are baby boomers, wouldn't be here today.

Scott, did any of the people you interviewed about your father [or any documents you got related to him] mention the name Edward Arthur? He was, at the time, friends with Fiorini and those around him. Arthur somehow knew for sure your father was involved in Watergate, and seems to hint that he was one of the few who by plan was to get away, while others were to be caught. If so, I'd be very interested to know what you've heard of Ed Arthur.

Well, if the government knew who did it then why were they not arrested? Wouldn't that invalidate the WCR? How would the government explain a conspiracy? No matter the case only one person was going to get blamed, and the roll of the dice just so happened to go the governments way as soon as Oswald got shot, how lucky for them Lee got killed, not we can put this to rest, funny thing is, the WC was able to find their closer in just a few short months, how about that!

Had the plotters been found guilty, could they have somehow forced the hand of the goverment to invade Cuba? I mean, if the plotters themselves confessed to working with Castro as they tried doing that with Oswald accusing him of being a Castro agent, now do you see where I'm going with this, but, the whole Mexico incident with Oswald really backed fired, but how? It was the governments intention to make it appear Oswald was acting alone with a promise excape route to Russia immediately exculding Russia from the assassination.
When the Mexico incident was immediately exposed by the CIA others jumped all over that to tie oswald to Castro, didn't work, on the 28 of November 1963, Castro would address his country with his first speech. This government had to act quickly avoiding an invasion, the rest is history.
