Top lawyer says Princess Diana 'was killed after plan to frighten her went wrong' - Peter Presland - 05-11-2013 Quote:The agency rejected the Guardian's request to release the files on two grounds. As well as warning that "the documents are classified because their disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause exceptionally grave damage to the national security," .... ...."exceptionally grave damage to the national security," eh? Hmmmm Studied ambiguity with that definite article methinks - begging the obvious question: "Whose national security?" I reckon that's the NSA making it crystal clear - "as one friend to another you understand" - that it is definitely in the UK Establishment's best interests to remain friends. It is certainly not referring to the 'security of' or security following from the free flow of information, necessary in a democracy, for the PUBLIC. This is all about the Power Elites maintaining a tight control on information and the Truths they hide behind the smokescreen and hall of mirrors they call [their] 'National Security'. The use of the term 'exceptionally' certainly leads one to posit they are shitting in their pants over the Snowden affair and revelations. The article I quoted is from 1999 and can definitely not have foreseen the Snowden affair. But surely, the answer would be just the same today. My careless error...of course this was about Diana's murder..sorry. As you say, nothing has changed...perhaps it is now even worse. In other words an arrangement between the spooks to keep the pols and judiciary - and other interested parties - in perennial darkness. But surely, the answer would be just the same today. Agreed it would. It is also a good illustration of why the UK Establishment is so paranoid over Snowden. They will clearly go to any lengths to prevent that sort of information seeing the light of day. My fear is that the combined US-UK SIS's have already secured effective control over most - if not all - of what has not yet been made public - ie the vast majority of it Top lawyer says Princess Diana 'was killed after plan to frighten her went wrong' - Peter Presland - 05-11-2013 Here's an interesting take on the phone hacking saga that impinges heavily on this thread subject too. I have no sympathy whatsoever with Murdoch and his toadies which is probably why I had never really considered this as a possibility before. The Establishment is safe in judging that Murdoch and his bagmen (women) can be easily humbled over the phone hacking saga and has clearly set out to do just that. They are also spot on in identifying it as a very effective diversion - if diversion were needed - in much the same way as celebrity paedos are a very effective diversion from the numerous and far worse such offenders higher up the pecking order. Yoichi Shimatsu is an interesting character with interesting theories about all manner of 'deep events'. Bearing in mind timing in the breaking of the phone-hacking saga, he may well be on to something with this. Here are the closing few paras of the article dated 23 July 2011: http://www.4thmedia.org/2011/07/23/her-majestys-secret-led-to-murdochs-fall/ Quote:Six months ago, the discovery of News of the World's revival of the Diana story stumbled upon no doubt by the MI-5 "anti-terrorism" program of system-wide telephone eavesdropping triggered the royal plot to crush Rupert Murdoch and bring the NewsCorp media group under the heel of official censorship. The near-future scenario is for non-family members to dilute the board of directors. It can be assumed that some of those new directors will be agents of the Crown. A must see video! Diana was murdered....that simple....this guy seems to have seen through all the fog of intel warriors! Bravo! These videos are now disappeared. Top lawyer says Princess Diana 'was killed after plan to frighten her went wrong' - David Guyatt - 17-12-2013 Met plod: move along folks, nothing to see here. Yeah, right. The Boys in Blue strike fear into villainy. Not. Here's how it's done: Firstly, write a scoping memo saying that former SAS soldiers and officers statements that they were involved in Di's death are hearsay and thus unreliable and in-credible. Next look for documents that certainly no longer exist, supposing they ever they did, which I sincerely doubt, and go straight to the conclusion that absence documents that do not exist, there is no credible evidence. Case solved. Walk straight back to Jobsworth House from scoping cafe; rustle up a saucer of Nice biscuits to dunk in a builders cuppa and rub aching arses that are collectively exhausted after all that hard thinking graft. And looking at the back seat damage, that looks survivable. Of course this does not account for something being added to the crash to insure death. Little shot here, or punch there. You know, finish the job. I recall it took a long time to get Diana to a hospital. Dawn |
