Said well Mr Dragoo and Mr Burnham, as the mentioned evidence strongly indicates LHO was not a "lone assassin", even with Doorway Man being Billy Nolan Lovelady. I just don't believe the doorway images of the Altgens photograph, by themselves, are very dependable as evidence. I know what I believe about the identity of DM, but if I am wrong, it makes no difference regarding LHO's innocence.

I agree 100% Phil. The evidence placing him on the steps is not strong enough to be exculpatory, but all the rest of the evidence placing him off the 6th floor is.
And therein is found the great danger to our work inherent in the "Cinque"/Fetzer garbage:
Implicitly bestow upon the "LHO in Altgens 6" conclusion the status of "make or break" conspiracy argument, and prepare to be broken.
And in the process, accept the likelihood of another fifty years of doubt and futility.
Ask a simple question: If Altgens 6 did not exist, would proof of conspiracy be the slightest bit weakened?

According to Lane's Rush to Judgement (p.355), Bill Shelley told the FBI Lovelady was seated on the entrance steps in front of him at the time of the shooting. One would think if the Warren Commission wanted to put this issue to bed they would ask Shelley whether Lovelady jumped to his feet but they never asked Shelley about Lovelady's posture.
A point well taken. Bearing in mind that the TSBD Building doorway area image, shown in the background of the Altgens photograph taken from in front of the JFK limo, has a noticeable degree of angle. And, it appears to me that Doorway Man quite possibly had been setting down on the steps, but may have indeed "jumped up" at the sound of gunfire. That possibility, especially when added to other evidence, strongly indicates Doorway Man to be Billy Nolan Lovelady. Based on the knowledge needed to achieve a GED diploma from HCC at the age of 42, I do believe that there is at least a 50% probability that DM is BNL.

Robert Groden reports the account of the secretary who confided she'd provided Lee Oswald with change for the Coke machine in a daily ritual that day as others.
In a recent work, a young woman descending the stairs fails to encounter the Lee Oswald of the Warren Commission account--a contradiction always addressed by said Commission by dismissing the contrary deponent as mistaken.
Despite ludicruous timing "recreations" Lee could not have accomplished such a steeplechase (see Mickey Rooney, "A Yank at Eton") in the time alloted with the Coke (which had to be redacted) unwinded and composed.
He was seen in the lunchroom.
He saw persons transiting the lunchroom.
Through the work of Galileo, Newton and Einstein, we see that Lee is limited, alas, to this dimension, this universe, to his immortal innocence, any so-called "project" notwithstanding.
And these facts remain for our perception regardless of our diplomate status.
The child saw the emperor naked and lacking institutional indoctrination possessed the initiative to remark upon it.

My conclusion is that this is a mutually backslapping piece of fluff written by three jokers who are positively bursting with their own self importance. They didn't like what Albert had to say so they stooped to this.
I'm tempted to label you the three stooges but I don't want to insult Moe, Larry and Curly.

I agree Mr Dragoo. The Altgens photograph can be cropped, or even not used, and there is still strong evidence to eliminate the person identified as Lee Harvey Oswald as a lone assassin of John Fitzgerald Kennedy. If someone wants to include me as a "nut or loon", and of "reduced cognitive ability", that badge I'll just have to wear.

That said head of the Western Hemisphere was with Lee Oswald in Dallas late summer '63.
In the thoroughly vilified Files account Oswald helped the Chicago soldier reconnoiter in the week prior to the assassination.
Tales abound, but what can be proved.
That the fan of I Led Three Lives was eating a cheese sandwich when the 35th president was slain. That his visit to the Texas Theater with all the seat-changing was an attempt at contacting a handler. Ditto his call to John Hurt in Raleigh North Carolina Saturday night.
He was a handled intelligence asset, file manipulated by Angleton et al, Mexico City legend created, FPCC history established, with a final deMohrenschildt-Paine placement to be framed.
He wasn't in handcuffs, blindfolded, unable to recall, smiling inappropriately--he was apparently functioning at a high level and had fulfilled his mission so well he was left in the intersection to be run over by the bus of military intel, DRE, the Acheson-Dulles Commission in conjunction with the Dame Edna Hoover-Clyde Shoot-the-son-of-a-bitch Tolson Foundation.
The patsy was in the lunchroom--had he been instructed to wait for a message, messenger, phone call.
He was not in the doorway, not seen nor reported there by any witness.
