What did they remove with a .30 second commercial? Perhaps the names of the film owners, to prevent us from finding them, since the film seems to be intact, albeit dark and underexposed, perhaps deliberately.
They need to send it to Max Holland, who can improve on it. J Just kidding!

Make copies while you can. You will notice that the point of the shot is clearly marked on the reenactor's back, not his neck. This shows that Gerald Ford's demand that the WC Report state JFK was shot through the neck was known to be wrong back in 1964. There is the possibility that this footage could be altered.
