Overpass Figures - Charles Drago - 05-03-2013

In the attached photo, who/what can be seen through the openings in the overpass railing?

S. M. Holland? A DPD officer?

And what of the man dressed in a suit and wearing a hat, seen walking toward the fence directly to the left of the tree?

Clearly he is NOT Jack Ruby -- but he certainly resembles the figure often identified as Ruby in immediate post-shooting DP images, including the one in the film clip I recently posted in which "Ruby" and "Oswald" allegedly are seen in DP. He even shows the cross-over stride discussed by David Josephs as a Ruby indicator.

Doppelganger? Or just another Dallas metrosexual?

Certainly one of the people seen behind the overpass rail is a DPD officer. Parts of the uniform can be made out. The other guy looks like a railroad worker, perhaps.

I would think that anyone who entered the overpass area after the shooting would look quite suspicious, unless they, uh, were wearing, uh, a uniform of a police officer or a railroad worker's, uh, clothing.

Given the moving train after the 'event'; given that Ed Hoffman saw a rifle broken down and put in a train signal box by a 'railroad worker'; given that no one would know who was a real or a fake railroad worker [they likely all were fakes], anyone in such a 'uniform' should be suspect. While it would be easy to get a police uniform and put on a conspirator, the real [sic] Police would be able to identify anyone not on the force...unless they were in on the plot, or were looking at a double. If you shoot from near railroad tracks, what better disguise than as railroad workers...with fake 'secret service' men stopping people and even Police from approaching them. One 'real' Police officer, Roscoe White, was seen behind the fence by Beverly Oliver, who knew him and his wife. He had NO business being there...he was a trainee and could not have been on duty that day. For many reasons his likely presence there is MOST suspicious. Of course, it was never investigated. White is also suspect as involved with the BYP in some way and perhaps with Tippit, who he knew. He died mysteriously when his welding tank exploded - after he had left the DPD.

I would think possiby a "police officer's uniform" that was other than DPD could have been used. That way, while "appearing to be a police officer", but not DPD, other DPD officers would not need to recognize the officer(s) in question. With all the other municipalities nearby, several uniforms to chose from. Just a supposition, but possibly a somewhat similiar situation among railroad "workers". But, somehow, it appears to me that a gunman, or gunmen, were able to escape Dealey Plaza.

Mr. BALL - I see. People had attempted to get on the overpass there?
Mr. FOSTER - Yes, sir.
Mr. BALL - And you had sent them away?
Mr. FOSTER - yes, sir.

Mr. FOSTER - I was standing around in back there to see that no one came out, and the sergeant came and got me and we were going to check the - all the railroad cars down there.

He does not tell us who the sergeant is...

Start with who was there from DPD before and work forward... this is RIGHT after... gotta find out which sergeant he is talking about

Not all the cops have a white shoulder "patch"... but the one that winds up leading the tramps does...

as does this one on the RR overpass.... I've tried to make a point about Wise and Bass and the tramps in that there is some seriopus confusion over who was in those photos of the tramps...

This man is very suspicious from my analysis of Wise/Bass and the two sets of tramps..., imo.

Foster, on the other hand... does not have this patch...

I believe no one has ever identified those 'police' as DPD. Both Proudy and White [Jack], as well as many others, felt the way they were dressed and their 'stand down' posture with the weapons and their 'collars' shows they were actors leading a few conspirators away. They were either lookouts, diversions or some such...not shooters. There is no record of their arrest. No names, no bookings.

Overpass Figures - LR Trotter - 09-03-2013

Mr Lemkin, I am not sure I understand your post. Are you saying there were no arrest records for the gentlemen identified as the 3 tramps? For me, I am convinced to the extent I can be, that the 2 younger gentlemen have been correctly identified as a Mr Doyle and Mr Gedney. As for the older gentleman, aka Mr Abrams, I have no opinion. And, as for as what they were doing in Dealey Plaza on 11/22/'63, I suppose that would be a separate issue. JMO.
