No terrorism involved in mayhem in the south heartlands.
From the data I can gather from sources other than MSM, a small town is damn near totally wiped out by another industrial accident. Think of a town of about 3,000 humans obliterated by what seems to be an explosion on the level of a fuel-air device or a pineapple nuke.

It is time to RE-REGULATE the corporate assholes.
