The empty backyard photo - Tracy Riddle - 26-08-2013

I don't remember where on the web I found this photo. Does anyone know more about it? Compare it to the backyard photos and you'll see that the shadows match precisely. It was not taken by the DPD after the assassination, because in their photos, the bush in the background is in fuller bloom, the tree in the back has lost most of its leaves, and there is a spindly little bush in the foreground with thin branches.
I can only guess this was the background photo that was used for the insertion of the composite "Oswald" character.

I think it is generally considered to have been taken just before or just after they put the 'model' in the photo. The whole body was NOT 'inserted' only the head and papers.

Gary Mack once contacted me, when I asked the same question on line, and said that the "empty" back yard photograph was made for Oliver Stone for his movie JFK. Whether this is true or not, I don't know. Maybe soembody could contact Olly and ask if this is true.

If Stone created this for his movie... he needed to completely remove Oswald from an existing photo and match what was behind him perfectly...
For as we can see... the "Stone" photo is identical to the BYP.... not a leaf out of place...
Are we saying here that "someone" was able to remove Oswald and retain the exact image...
doesn't this basically prove that a photo of the empty backyard was taken at exactly the same time on the same day as those with a body in it on which to add Oswald's face?

Are you sure you're not mixing up the EMPTY photo with the GHOST photo found at DPD that Fritz says was taken to "see if it could be done"?
btw - totally agree with the Larry/Gary/Moe/Curly fiasco.... he can insult from the shadows as long as he hides behind the 6th floor mirage.

All I can tell you, is I have two minor variants [cropping] of the 'empty' BYP in my computer and they've been there for a very long time....MUCHmore than two decades. I'd have to do some research, but almost sure Jack W. gave all these to me. One he and I were 'tinkering' on just before he became ill [and thereafter very sadly died] has not been publicly shown...but might be on the 50th.....who knows?!.....only the shadow knows!!!........:darthvader:

I was agreeing with you Peter... It appears the Blank BYP was taken at the same time as the "Oswald" one.. or that Oswald was placed into it later... the camera HAD to be on a tripod for them to be so exactly the same...
