But Marlene Dallas cares about it so much they are really going out of their way and actually getting the Glee Club to come and sings some songs and they are even going to ring some bells around Dallas. I can just see JFK looking down and thinking it all grand. It's not like he'd want an judicial inquiry into his murder, or anything. It's not like Texas actually has a law against homicide is it? Nor will they resort to bureaucratic ruses and demand release of all the documents or any thing or a thousand other things they could do. No. The Glee Club will be just fine thank you Dallas.

I'm sure there will be those selling 'cute' 'We miss you JFK!' T-shirts and such. Perhaps the City will even give the DPD a ceremonial thank you for a 'job well done'. They have turned the most important memorial date into a meaningless, if not obscene, circus [and non-free-speech zone]. Little has changed in Dallas since 1963, IMO.
