This is a topic even many into Deep Political readings or research don't appreciate - that the very system of Corporate Capitalism is directly responsible for many of the horrors done and being done. I usually call it crapitalism - as it is a crappy system. Many have drunk the Kool-Aide propaganda that leads one to believe there is a 'sports team model' of political systems - only two sides, and one wins; one looses a 'match'. In fact, there are a panoply of political models and systems one can draw on, and one can mix and match as desired. Whatever the system, it must be bottom-up [the people choosing and democratic], and not top-down [the Oligarchy dictating what the system will be] as we in the 'West' and developed [sic!] countries now have as an increasingly repressive system - robbing us blind and lessening the potential in life and of the future of life, itself. If followed much longer, the current system will IMO destroy humans and most life on the Planet. It is long overdue for the trash heap. There are much better systems and infinitely fairer ones, less oppressive to the majority.
