Inclusive but only includes billionaires. Does not include press, public or plebs. Nor any alternative. economic systems or ideas.

Rothschilds Host Exclusive Conference on Inclusive Capitalism'

[Image: 0610_EPPPost.png]The world's super-rich are terrified that the system that they have constructed, which almost exclusively benefits them, is so lacking in trust and legitimacy in the eyes of the world's population that it could collapse beneath their feet. With this as the context, Lady Lynn Forester de Rothschild hosted on May 27 the Conference on Inclusive Capitalism' in London, closed to the press and public, attended by 250 delegates who collectively hold $30 trillion or one-third of the world's investable wealth. With speakers that included Prince Charles, Bill Clinton, Christine Lagarde and Mark Carney, among others, the conference was concerned with rebuilding trust and legitimacy in the state-capitalists system by promoting cosmetic' changes. This conference was the first in what will likely be a series of conferences to be hosted in the future, as the conditions which destroyed trust will only worsen.

But surely capitalism is incredibly inclusive isn't it?

For this conference they would've needed waiters to serve the drinks and sandwiches, someone else to set out the conference chairs and tables; liveried types to open and close doors for them; functionaries to remind them where the speech notes are kept and when to speak and what to say; chauffeur types to drive them there in the first place; butler's to ensure their clothes are pressed and ready to wear., purveyors of botox to keep that youthful frozen look. Etc etc.

The bit I really liked about this conference was the idea that they could rebuild "trust and legitimacy". Bloody hilarious.

Don't forget someone to provide the blow and pussy for them.
Yeah, just goes to show how totally dependent on the working class they are. Can't do a thing with out them. Would be lost with out them to organise their miserable lives.

Trust and legitimacy? In their dreams! :Clown:

Too bad they didn't host the conference in Italy, then their "extras" would have supported the official economy.

I winder why, if they're smart enough to accumulate (or inherit) all this wealth, they suppose that "cosmetic" changes would do anything at all to improve their "legitimacy"?

The Inclusive Capitalism Initiative - Magda Hassan - 12-06-2014

They aren't that smart really. That's why Michael Moore called his program 'The Awful Truth' because there is a severe shortage of smarts in the ruling classes. The can't do normal household things or basic maintence of self with out some one to do it for them. Average people are much more independently functioning.

Some are brilliant. They are smart more like pirates or mafia dons. They are drifters and scammers looking for the next angle.

They are The Tin Men.

Blimey, the mind boggles! If it was held in Italy, Buffoon Berlusconi would be all over it, fondling and grand-dad dancing with 15 year olds hookers. Since his loss of power, sales of Viagra has dramatically dropped off...

My guess on your second question is that they understand that most people do fall for hype and not substance - at least to begin with. And, of course, every ten years or so a new generation comes along that is packaged by education and the media to be blind and short on the critical thinking front. Or both.
