I suspect the timing of Bill Cosby's destruction on American media by means of serial rape charges is intentionally timed in order to make a high profile black person appear in a negative light prior to the decision on the police murder of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri.
These are typical, dirty American government tactics.
