Dallas Cops Shoot Man - Albert Doyle - 19-03-2015

Another gunning-down of a black man. This was from last year.

There's a problem in America where you can call the cops and tell them they are dealing with a person who isn't accountable for their actions and they'll just ignore it, come to the scene, and gun him down at the first excuse.

This was clearly a bad shoot because the guy wasn't in a right state of mind. He didn't need to be shot. If two cops can't handle a mentally confused person then they shouldn't be cops since they are a threat to public safety. Harrison was obviously stumbling forward in confusion but his body posture doesn't show any intent to lunge.

Today CNN showed a Dallas police officer savoring the kill and calling it "perfect".

Review of the mother's phone call shows she specifically told the 911 dispatcher that her son had a problem and needed officers trained in special handling. The dispatcher assured her officers who were trained for this type of person would be sent.

As far as I know Jason Harrison's score for harming people is zero. The Dallas police who brutally murdered him with guns have a different score.
